yesterday was a stoning day, i slowly did my stuff... i shall not say wat la..
most of the time i follow my supervisor to walk around the building.. checking on the technician... actually nothing much to do also.. check or dun check makes no diff. and sometimes checking on locations eg meeting rooms to make sure everything is working fine and sometimes assist in setting up laptops.
the way the malay security guard talk darn funny la... haha...
while waiting for something, the main technician ( i am excluding all the names) asked me to sit down and rest. then she told me they need to employ more technicians.. ( i cant help it la =S) then i asked her the previous contractor employ how many technicians(they joined like 1 month ago).. she said 7.. now around 4 onli. i not boss leh... i onli temp worker =D
then i always stood and watch ppl change lightbulb de..(maintainace not even in my job scope, just following my supervisor)
1st 2 hours in the morning chatted with my supervisor.. he talked about his previous jobs and where he will be gg etc. i also share my own exp... blah.. blah.. then we chatted quite loud , even my friend few tables away also can hear la =S
then got a perm staff asked me if i am taking over my supervisor and i said yes. she said "woah, they ask temp staff to do such tedious work de ar?" then i told her i handle the simple staff onli... but all the paper work for 1 week can complete very fast de lor.. i wonder wat i will be doing for the rest of the time la..(of cos, sometimes the manager will give me something to do)
then the deputy director walked passed and asked me if i opened the partition b/w the board rm and conference rm. i said yes and he said i learnt very fast. wah piang... not even i open de... my supervisor opened and taught the technician how to open (they new mah) . of cos i kindly told him my supervisor open de.
today nothing much also la.. but went to look at the gym... too bad no pull up bar.. but so cool la. ^^ and then the staff gave my supervisor a realli big gift today. can see he realli touched.
something quite sad la.. i can notice this distrust b/w my supervisor and the manager. (my opinion) i see my supervisor realli meticulous in his work de.. always double checking and stuff, making sure everything is alright. but the manager 1st day told the person sitting beside us to make sure he's teaching the rite thing. ( then i very scared cos i dunno y he leave mah, now i know the reasons le, cos his contract ended and the company is not extending) then the manager always suspect tt my supervisor went out of the building de... (so he thinks my supervisor slack la) but from the way he works i can tell he's very responsible de..
i realli realli learnt alot alot alot about building management in a relaxed way =)
