woah... yesterday was a very busy day.... morning was still okay bah... 7 plus got the technician call me liao... quite irritated la.. but nvm.. haha...
afternoon havent even finish lunch time the technician called me again to clarify somethings... cos today got alot alot of facilities booking.
today realli siao 1 ... i walked around the office or the 1st level kept having request de...
2plus the technicians went to fix the lightbulbs in the audi.. then at the same time got projector contractor came.... followed the contractor awhile b4 my supervisor came... watever the contractor said i will say "ya..ya.." .. then tell them to wait for my supervisor to confirm... quite cool la.. learnt quite alot of things.
then need to put up signages for some event by CTM (a section of the HSA). i realli dun like to work with CTM la... always complain non-stop.... realli siao 1... set-up late they complain to every1 in my department de... even to deputy director... absurd sia... but Mrs Yaw(lady beside me) already warned me about them le
realli worked non-stop for 2-6pm.. nv even got to rest at my table... got so many events occuring at the same time..... and 2 parties request for extra chairs.. in audi and in the board room..
Mrs Yaw said my phone rang alot of times(hp also ><) but she picked up for me and told me their request la(all last min de).. then i inform the technicians to do lor..
today walked in office sure got ppl stop me halfway and request for something de.... wat phone spoil and blah blah.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......
actually got watever request i will ask the technicians to do de.. (i so big shot de =D) heard tt my job is to supervise and check everything is set-up properly .. but they new also.. so some set-up they dun know well ( i know de okay? i smart de..not toot).. so always do the set-up with the technician. if i pass the job to the technicians means the next person taking over me can slack like siao liao... getting perm staff pay some more..
this job is soo cool la... so many ppl in the building know me (cos of the my job nature) .. so this is roughly the job of a building management officer... interesting.... but not my cup of tea =D
