just completed my 3 days of work from thurs to sat.. i enjoyed my work despite the long working hours.. which caused me to have headache every night... perhaps i've been slacking for too long.
It is my 1st time doing customer service and i feel i can learn much more as compared to admin work. I've met customers who are really fussy(even when i exchanged the faulty phone for a new 1), unreasonable(demanded a new phone because of 'short' batt life when she managed to use it for 1 full day!)..... there's this guy who is really unlucky, he put on screen protector for $50+ on the new exchanged phone and returned because the new phone has problem... .. =S
